About NairaFix

NairaFix publishes live naira exchange rates — the aboki (parallel) rate, the official CBN rate, and the effective remittance rate across major money-transfer providers. We update rates every 15 minutes during market hours.

We are not a money-services business and we do not buy, sell, or transmit currency. NairaFix is a publisher.

Our sources: public CBN rate data, OpenExchangeRates for mid-market baselines, Binance P2P USDT/NGN for the parallel-USD signal, and a public scrape of NairaToday as a backup. For non-USD parallel rates (GBP, EUR, CAD, AED), we apply the USD parallel-premium ratio to the official cross rates — a standard FX technique that tracks real market behavior within ±1%.

How we make money: affiliate commissions when readers register with our remittance partners (Wise, LemFi, Sendwave, Afriex, TapTap Send, Grand) through our links, and display ads via Google AdSense. We disclose affiliate links with rel="sponsored nofollow". Affiliate relationships do not affect our published rates.
